3. Artificial Intelligence & Processing

Actionly uses the Google Gemini AI API to process the content of emails for the purpose of task extraction. This data is only used for real-time task generation and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption on MongoDB Atlas. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Your Choices

You can revoke Actionly's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings or by using the "Logout" feature within the extension, which will securely purge your tokens from our database.
